I highly recommend YouTube for brushing up on regional slang, accents, and sayings in Spanish. I’ve compiled a list of not only YouTube content but other links that I will do my best to continually update to add more content. I will also be maintaining a few playlists that appear under each country/territory. Please note that some channels or authors claim multiple nationalities/origins and I have done by best to note them here.
The Asociación de Academias de la Lengua Española is the hub for Spanish language academies across the globe. Not all academies have websites, and not all websites have a lot of resources, but it’s worth looking at for resources outside of the Real Academia Española. There’s even an Academia Norteamericana de la Lengua Española!
A student also recommended a Facebook group to me called Diferencias léxicas en Hispanoamérica y España in which they compare the different words people use for things in Spanish-speaking countries.

The Academia Cubana de la Lengua website doesn’t have as many resources as others, but the Librería Virtual de Cuba has a bunch of books available, including audiobooks, ebooks, and more.

The Academia Dominicana de la Lengua website doesn’t have a whole lot (and the dictionaries that they link seem to be out of stock) but their “Consultas” section has a lot of questions that have been answered, some of which are general to the Spanish language, but many of which are related to Dominican terms.

The Academia Mexicana de la Lengua website is a great source for learning more about Mexican Spanish! They have a digital library, online dictionaries, publications, and more.

The Academia Puertorriqueña de la Lengua Española website has some resources, but the Tesoro lexicográfico del español de Puerto Rico has a bunch of Puerto Rican words and phrases you can search!
