Due to a large volume of e-mails I receive, it may take me some time to respond. Average e-mail response time is between 48-72 hours. I usually give priority to urgent requests for interpretation services, but highly encourage prospective clients to plan ahead as much as possible.

If you still can’t find the answer to your question, you may still e-mail me, but please be appreciative of the time I take to respond. I spend many unpaid hours every week responding to interpreters’ questions, but I also offer private coaching sessions for a nominal fee.
